my choice depends on the story which the movies flows with and the actors capable of portraying any kinda role .A movie with most talented actors doesn't make it big and a movie got a better story without suitable actors doesnt make it big. i'm not much in to watching old movies ( i mean before 90s ) , because it makes me boring . it is not because i tell they are nothing , it is just the way i feel . but i really don't like stupid horror aint nothing but scary screams , stupid action movies aint nothing but explosions.

Now here is the guy who feels exactly as i feel.. you have elaborated the scenario really well brother.. Cheers..
Thanks for the Opinion machan..:yes: :)

If production date is making you boring then you need to rethink why you are watching movies. There are enough old movies (and I mean old like 1940s - 50s) that are great and far better than any new movie.

This has always been an issue for me machan. Frankly the production dates makes me boring.. thats why i needed an opinion from someone who knows about movies than me.. I think i should rethink my flavors and watch some old movies..
Thanks again for the thoughts machan..:):)

BTW if you have time, would you be kind enough to recommend me some..

    Exactly...

It's not about the era of the film. It's all about the content.

The thing is you must be able to appreciate the effort they made in old days to make such high class movies with lesser technology, facilities and knowledge...

It was all about talent and their imaginations...

Nowadays, most of the times technology and commercialism gets the upper hand over talent...
But not in each and every instance...

Very true.. that is the main reason i raised that question machan.. After referring all the Movie threads like this one and "Which Movie you watched last", i also felt that i have waisted too much time on some (not all) of these modern crap..
