R5 DVD's are release for UK and that kind of countries? I'm i correct?

there's a big difference between DVD releases and a R5.
R5s have the cinema video and audio quality where as proper DVD releases have much higher video and audio quality.
Also R5s are for release in Russia to fight the pirate release of camera copies.
