poems aren't just merely thoughts, poems have a flow, a rhythm most the times, read out loud what you write,..can you honestly read most of these out loud and get a flow outa them? you will get what I mean. try writing shorter lines. simpler the better.. and do read known poetry. If you want others to get your thoughts you have to present them in a pleasant way thru which we can draw our own images.
they don't necessarily have to rhyme or have a perfect foot, but it certainly does help, and repeating the same words is sorta lousy.
read the below stanza loud, it has a flow, it draws a picture, it captures emotions. (it's from sara teasdale's I shall not care)
when I'm dead and, over me bright april
shakes out her rain drenched hair,
though you should lean about me broken hearted
I shall not care..
I shall have peace, as leafy trees are peaceful
when the rain bends down the bough
and I shall be more silent and cold hearted,
than you are now..
writing down your thoughts in long, narrative lines isn't called poetry.
some of these shows much potential, do practice a lot and keep writing, you will definitely end up somewhere better.

First of all, It is very apparent that you don't accept negative criticism, this is a public forum,
I'm allowad criticize anything that I darn well please, but still they are only my opinions, they are no reason for you to get worked up at..
second of all, I'm no 'akki',
third of all, by showing you that piece of poetry, i was not forcing you to follow her style or copy it,
I was just merely making a point, which obviously got lost on you.
and I'm not here to criticize the content of your poetry, cos they are your feelings and I have no right to do that,
being a viewer, all I can do is criticize your writing, regardless the content, when I read poems I like to get my own meaning out of them, it sorta fits the 'heeni gaha' you were talking about. you said your 'sir' gave it a different meaning, while you gave it a whole another, and if you wrote a poem out of it, I may squeeze a totally different meaning out of it. but for me to do that, you have to be creative in your presentation. just writing down cliche lines will not help. you said that you make up your own style, but unfortunately, nobody but yourself can see it unless your style is being lousy deliborately.
it really fascinates me how you misinterpreted what I said, over and over again. do you keep yourself from reading poetry fearing that you may end up writing like them? anyway, poets have a right to bend the rules and form their own styles, may be even bend the grammar, but in order to do that, you first have to know the rules. since you posted pictures, it's sorta hard to quote your poetry. but if you read them again you will notice how fragile your verses and lines are, I can't think of many verses or stanza's, a single one in the least, where you kept solid flow going..is that your style? and go thru them once more and try to count the times, you have repeated samething, with no apparent reason, in the same stanza..poetry is not just completing four lines..
well anyway i dont think 'emotions' is the only requirement for being a poet bcos, every human being has them but not all of them are skilled poets. for me it is some sets of rules and decsipline that makes a good poem not just feelings.
and I have written poems may be they are not as great, but still I try to learn what i can and make them better, that is the beauty of poetry, it is a medium thru which you can express something more than words.
and a little piece of advise, learn to take whatever criticism you get, just saying 'thank you' to kissass comments you get from most of members here is not going to help you, you can take a huge pile of crap here and they'll tell you that it smells like flowers just cos you are a girl.

prove it parading your teacher's name is not going to help, give us something real to read, if you don't want negative comments criticising your weakside, just keep them to yourself
