මාත් ඉතින් ඕකෙන් ගත්ත server එකක්,දවස් 5 up වෙලා තිබුනේ, server down,, තිබ්බ files ඔක්කොම lost,මං server එක ගත්තේ පොඩි business වැඩකට,ඉතින් උබලට හිතාගන්න පුළුවන්නේ මට ඒ වෙලේ හිතට දැනුන දේ.

කොහොම හරි ඉන්ෆොර්ම් කරලා සේර්වේර් එක මාරු කරලා දුන්න ඒකෙන්.ඒ මගුලත් දවස් 2කක් වත් තිබ්බේ නැ. දැන් Internal Server Error..

We are here to answer for your questions and fake complaints against eWeb.LK web hosting service. First of all we would like to explain the problem.
We had a server with Softlayer technologies and it was working fine for more than 250 days with zero downtime(If someone needs the uptime stats, please PM me and I will send them).

All the clients who had websites on Softlayer server were informed that we would transfer there websites before one week(7 days). We had to take 7 days to complete data restoration and the other installations on our new server. We are extreamly sorry about the inconvenience caused to the above client. Some clients have informed us that their lost data and we have restored them successfully(One week ago backups). I don't know the above clients name, so I would like to call him "Mr.crozz"

ඔයාට ඔය කියන දේ ඇත්තටම වුනා නම් ඔයාට තිබිඛෙ අපිට ඒක inform කරල lost files ටික upload කරවගන්න, දැන් ඔයාම කියනව කොහොම හරි server එක transfer කර ගත්තලු. Then ඔයාගේ problem එක Internal Server Error එකද? ඔයාගේ web hosting ගැන දැණුම ගැන අපි ගොඩක් දුක් වෙනව ඇත්තටම. Internal Server Error එකක් normally එන්නේ files හරියට upload නැති වුනහම හරි, ඔයා හරියට file edit (.htaccess) කරපු නැති වුනහමයි. It's not our fault. ඔයා support ticket එකක් submit කරා නමි අපිට error එක fix කරන්න තිබුනා, නමුත් එහෙම support ticket එකක් report වෙලා නැහැ.
