i have 2 car permits for sale,each goes for around 12-13 lakhs,


which offers US$25000 worth cars with <2400cc engine capacity,
both are diesel permits,so for diesel cars its 100% free and for petrol cars its 50%.

im sorry brother,last time i checked it went for 14 lakhs,but i do agree that this is personally biased!may be you are right,or may be i am,i am not willing to infuriate you mate..and there is no actual value for permits,,its what government servants sell,just posting what i was offered.thats it.
people who are in need for permits presently may know the actual value,
if they find it for 8 lakhs as you said,no one would buy it from me,,but if they dont then they might consider buying it from me.

The value of permit depends on its cc limit ,value limit (25000) and the tax reduction. you can sell a permit more than 10 laks if it allow to buy high value vehicle like montro. but this time its only 25000 USD with low CC limit. and taxes are very low when comparing to the last years (at that time it was 300%). I got a permit from a friend for 5 laks. (the total profit was around 12 laks). your value is correct for past permits. but this time rules are different. good luck
