Please Help - Huawei E153 Dongle (Dialog) Unlock Stucked

guys i tried to unlock my dongle,i did everything correct but it didnt give me the message that my dongle is unlocked now..after that it constantly dropped my connection and now it works OK..i want to know if my dongle is unlocked now? how can i do it? please tell me..

machan me article eke widiyata wade kara,eth message eka aawe na..how can i check whether its unlocked???

i dont have machan,mobitel ekak damma no signal found,isnt there any method i can test that????
