How to know Allah is there

Are you living. Is your human body functioning . Is there any flaw in your body. No . Does any part of your body flow other ways and cause you to die. Then you will know who is God. Do you see any malfunction in universe. If there were GODS they will fight with each other. There will be wars in universe. How tranquil is universe. Does Earth smash into other planets . Who is making it function. Can a puny human control the universe. You cant even control your self when you are Angry.How can you control the universe.
