The Telecommunication Regulatory Authority has taken to task mobile phone companies and internet service providers who failed to keep to the packages they have promissed to the customers.
A senior TRC official said that already five cases have been filed against them and in future they would be keeping checks whether the companies provide the same facilities promissed to the customers.
