do you have the urge to slit your wrists ? to keep your head shoved in a pool of water ? if you see a ledge does your inner voice say jump off it ? when you see a train do you feel like stepping in front of it ?

if the answer is yes to any of those, you are most certainly depressed (and suicidal as well)
