laptop.lk Dell Vostro 3450

Guys..

I want to buy a Dell Vostro 3450 notebook.

I checked Every shop in Unity Plaza as well as the Dell Official Dealers (Asian Computers, DSI, Softlogic, PC house) NONE of them had this model but laptop.lk

I know there were many threads warning EK members NOT to buy a laptop from there..

When I asked about the warranty from laptop.lk they told me that the product was imported through Softlogic so If I'm to claim the warranty they will do.

I called & checked Softlogic & they confirmed that laptop.lk is an official buyer of them.

So I asked from them what should I do if a problem arises..
Their reply was to Produce it to laptop.lk & from them I can claim the warranty which is 3 years comprehensive.

They(Softlogic) also asked me to check the product code with their system before buying..

So EK members.. Do please help me whether to buy it from laptop.lk or to consider any other option ..??

They told me there Stocks were over & will take 2-3 months to come..

I even tried to order but they never let me know the price though how many times I call and mail !!

But..
Since NONE of the dealers has the Vostro 3450 & provided that laptop.lk imports through Softlogic that's why I asked from the Experienced EK members about buying from it !

Otherwise I would never !

n Series in too common & XPS is beyond my budget !
Otherwise I would Have gone for XPS 14z !

But I like this since it's VERY Durable & also has an anti-glare screen !

about laptop.lk *buy at your own risk*
make sure there is proper warranty and the device is in perfect condition

I tried to buy in that way too.. but they told me a high amount.. (>Rs.130,000)
Where with 3 years warranty i can get it from laptop.lk for Rs.100,000.
