DELL පරිගණක Warranty Claim

එළකිරි එකේ ඉන්න හැම කෙනක්ටම තිබ්බ ප්‍රස්නයක්? කොහොමද dell computers වලට warranty claim කරන්නේ කියලා. ගත්ත dell ලැප්ටොප් හරි desktop හරි පරිගණකයට ජාතියන්තර වගකීම් සහතිකයක් තියනවනම් කරන්න තියන්න පොඩි වැඩක් විතරයි. එතකොට ලංකාවේ ඇතුලත ඉන්න DELL Agent කෙනක්ගෙන් warranty claim කරන්න පුළුවන්. කැඩිලා තියන පරිගණකයට service charge එකක් හැටියට රුපියල් 500/- ඒ company අය කරනවා. ඊට අමතරව දවස් 5-7 ඇතුලත කැඩුන පරිගණකය ලබාදීමට ඒ අය කටයුතු කරනවා.

1) පළමුව මේ dell ownership transfer website එකට යන්න

2) ඊට පසු ඔබගේ පරිගණකයේ තිබෙන service tag එක හෝ Express Service Code ගසා Previous Owner Information එක යලිත් ඔබගේ පරිගණකය මිලදී ගත පසු warranty register කරන අවස්ථාවේ දුන් විස්තර ගසා. අලුත් ownership transfer පිටුවට යන්න.

3) ඔබ New Owner Information එකට ගිය පසු. එහි සැම විස්තරයක් ම දමා. රට හැටියට ශ්‍රීලංකාව දමන්න. ඊට පසු ඔබට තියන්නේ. පරිගණකය මෙන්න මේ තැනට අරන් යන එක. ලංකාවේ DELL Agent

නැතෝ. මුලින් ම බලපන් ඔය පරිගණකය කගේ නමටද register කරලා තියන්නේ කියලා. උබේ නමට නම් ඒ විස්තරම දාපන්. දල new registration එකටත් ඒ විස්තරම දල රට විතරක් මාරු කරපන්

and ha don't wait till your laptop breakdown for tag transfer... better to do d@ as soon as u get the lap... cz it takes nearly 6-8 weeks for a tag transfer....

other thing never go to softlogic to claim warranty though your lap has an international warranty unless u have bought that from them cz they charge u Rs. 2000+ for inspection and separate amount for the repair... only the parts are free...
