I know people had me enough blathering of this movie already so I get to the point

Some people criticize that Tesla's involvement in the plot is somewhat childish or degrade the quality of the movie as a whole

As he has been introduced as some kind of "wizard" and hes invention of a machine that can replicate objects.

Well he was indeed named as miracle worker as His, I quote

"pioneered modern electrical engineering and many of his discoveries were of groundbreaking importance
    "

    • transmitting electromagnetic energy without wires

    • machine for inducing sleep
    • first radio transmitter
"He lit electric lamps wirelessly at both of the New York locations, providing evidence for the potential of wireless power transmission."

    And the list goes on....

All those inventions were much closer to the magic than the actual science at that time

"Soon after his death Tesla's safe was opened by his nephew Sava Kosanović. Shortly thereafter Tesla's papers and other property were impounded by the United States Alien Property Custodian office "

Even the rival between Tesla and Edison is also somewhat accurate.
Edison was advertising DC for electric power and Tesla figured that using AC current is much more efficient and less energy consuming.
In fact hes the father of AC current which is widely using through the whole world.

"Shortly before he died, Edison said that his biggest mistake had been in trying to develop direct current, rather than the superior alternating current system that Tesla had put within his grasp.
    "

after he became a citizen in America he was despised and many of his inventions were chose to neglected as he was simply a Serbian, not an american and Jews held the power on scientific matter in America alreadyEven some people believe his work towards the modern science was greater that even Einstein

He died in a hotel room alone.

Even still having a machine which can replicate objects withing a movie may look somewhat inappropriate but I think given all the details above it passes the "Okey" margin
