Using S2 since 2 weeks.... its awesome, no hanging, very sharp

I went around Nuwara Eliya and subs recently and we used my friends galaxy S2(updated to latest stable version) as GPS.
GPS signal reception is very low and mostly you get big circles over many KMs wide.
I have used iphone 4 in same areas and it's spot on. i think its due to the metal antenna band of iphone 4

I haven't tested GPS on 4s. So can't comment.

I am not an Apple fan and i hate how apple re-brand VGAs, RAM and sell for high price for their customers while the same Windows version available for cheap. That's taxing for hardware like VGA, SSD etc..

But last year i bought iphone 4 coz it was clearly ground breaking and superb product. I reported few problems to apple. Recently i got water damage on my iphone but none of the sensors got red.
And my warranty was over for more than 2 months too. But after talking they offered me a free replacement phone even after warrantly period coz of the problems i have reported b4 the warranty. That's very impressive while samsung only repair phones only bought from their dealers. And most of the G s2 you buy here are stolen from Europe or US networks. So you have no care at all.

I like Android but still it has long way to go.
If you can get factory unlocked Iphone 4 or 4s and jailbreak it perfectly then you have Android freedom on a superb phone with superb OS.
But jailbreaking it and using some apps in cydia will slow down your phone.

You should not be a blind fan of anything. may be in the future Android will grow. Will see. But still Apple is the best choice.

4S is the choice for now. If not wait for Galaxy S3.
If you thinking about resale value never touch Sii. It's dropping fast.
