yes mcn first step is CCNA then u have to select a career path if security, voice or Network Protocols

1. security CCNA - CCNA (Security) - CCSP - CCIE Security
2 voice CCNA - CCVP - CCIE Voice
3. CCNA - CCNP (4 Modules) - CCIE R/S

Machan whats da different between voice and security....which is good and highly paid ?

Bro.. Before decide "voice" or "security" track, you have to pass general CCNA as it is a preliminary for all other paths. of course then you can decide which one will suite for you. for any help, pls make a shout.
