PS: my mind is still in the process of getting blown away by this film. it deserves every bit of praise it gets. so simple it seems yet it carries such awesome ideology and signs of great film making. the whole fairy-tale like setup and the eternal battle between good and evil, where evil is supposed to chicken out eventually, which is actually presented with such profound minimalism which bewilders my senses...I feel like a child, out in the night checking out distant stars.
watch this my fellow forum-folk, you are in for a treat.

In the same way you embrace those movies. Those comics lifted restrictions so any ordinary person can convey whats had been rooted in thier mind , by simple few smiles.

DOnt worry Im not gonna watch this anytime soon. I still have GF downloaded and its been rotting in my PC for more than 1 year now.

Night of the hunter

this film was kinda surreal with dreamlike scenery and atmosphere.
it's good entertainment, hilarious at times.
and Robert Mitchum shines as the creepy psychopath

have watched it love it. One of my fav scene is that boat riding in the night its so amazing

It was good. Received many awards too. I tried to find Lankan-ness from it, I failed. (this movie was based on the novel in same name by Michael Ondaatje, who is half Lankan.) The main theme would be 'nothing matters in the end of the day, no one loses or wins, most wanted thing for everyone is Love'. It's poetic and artistic to a fine shape thus I recommend to watch.

One awesome series big frigging A !
My Ratings not less than 8.5

Remember the beautiful journey that the movie "Man from Earth" walk us through ?
Excellent character development and glamorous dialogs that the series "House M.D." displayed ?

This series is almost equal for both attributes combined

The story revolves around a killer who saw a peace of one of hes victim at the last moment which he never had. He seek for a answer from a priest via confession.

Its a must watch by everyone else. Specially for those who enjoyed Dr House, 24 and the movie Man from Earth.

Series contain 10 episodes. Worst case it will only waste you only one hour
As 1 episode is just 6 minute long

PS:- twisted man. Give this a go dude. And this is one of a instance I miss Oldy.

yes, they were so dreamlike..also the scene in the water, their mother is tied in the car, her hair waving in the water mesmerizing

OK let me see,WOW this is an absolute master pies great performance by the cast specially by Kirsten Dunset.
surprisingly their is not any single nomination for this in Oscar but to me it should at least deserve a nomination.
Only downward thing in this is that shaky camera movement otherwise overall a great one.This movie is highly underrated in IMDB it should deserve over 8/10.

BTW actually Kirsten dunset was taken medication for depression in 2008.
