Guys got an issue here!!!

I gave up playing NFS run due to massive FPS drops ive been getting throughout gameplay! I have a gt220 GPU and my FPS drops from about 40 to 15-17 when the race starts on NFS RUN.

Today i installed the SKIDROW release of Ridge Racer unbounded and gosh!!! Same problem
When a race starts my FPS drops below 20!! It's laggy and feels like crap!!
Kind of frustrated with this issue since January.. Both with NFS Run and the RRU..
I couldn't enjoy playing them

According to youtube.. The above games should Run smooth + i have 4 gigs of Corsair Memory

DirectX: DirectX 10
Processor: 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo or AMD Equivalent
Memory: 3 GB
Hard Drive: 18 GB
Graphics card (NVIDIA): 512 MB RAM NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT or higher performance


u gt 220 which is much slower than 9800gt.. so thers yuh problm. GT220 is a crappy card.. itz just a entry level card best for norml pc work..
but u can try updating your vga drivers and lil bit overclocking. overclock lil bit with msi afterbunr and try.. put setting down to medium and also lower the reslution.

game runs smooth only on 640*480 res..
I am formatting the PC tonight and will be installing 64-bit windows..
If that ain't gonna work i might hav to go for a better card
