dude,what if we maintain a subscriberS list who are willing to participate in our email campaigns. In that case,we will be referring to every individual separately.So the as in the rule number A its not spam.We are sending them our promotional email under their proper knowledge cuz they subscribed to our list, giving us permission to send messages.So cut off the rule number B.
