FBI has replaced those rogue DNS servers with replacement servers in last march when they captured the estonian nationals who were responsible for this malware.
What really happens is they will shut down that servers on July 9th because they can no longer maintain them..or they don't have the financial capacity to maintain them rather...
...so after 9th the infected machines will try to reach a DNS server which no longer exist...literally..."SHUTTING THEM FROM THE INTERNET"...
That malware has been around for a while...probably all of you have taken some security measures for it already...so don't panic like FBI gonna KILL the INTERNET.... Cheers!!!!
