Sarath Fonseka urges co-operation over war

Sri Lanka must co-operate with any international investigation into alleged war crimes, ex-army chief Sarath Fonseka has told the BBC, a day after his release from jail.
He said some Sri Lankan leaders were "hiding their faces" over the conduct of the war, as if they were guilty.
But Mr Fonseka, who led the army to its 2009 victory over Tamil rebels, denied thousands of civilians had been killed.
There have have been repeated calls for an international probe into the war.

not we SF will come clean even if SL is defeated cuz SF is only doing what he is told to do... end the war.. he can eaisly say my leaders carried out the attack despite my objections.. simple!

so many Innocent Tamils died on last days of the war, we need to know who killed them, LTTE or SL army. LTTE calling for investigation so SL army have some thing to hide ?

Don't know I'm just guess if SL army didn't do any thing wrong why stop the international investigation. they can happy allow and get their name cleared.
