machanz, ape moneybookers account ekaking thawa ekek ge account ekakata cash transfer karanna puluwan da?

This is the scene, I want to upload cash to my moneybookers account. But I have reached the allowed credit upload limit from a credit card. But I have another card (my friend's card) with me. Can I create another moneybookers account, then upload cash from the friend's card to it and then transfer that cash from the new moneybookers account to my account?

(Or if theres any other possible methods please post your suggestions here)
