Bring new phone to Sri lanka from abroad

මම මගේ Brother ta UK ඉඳන් ලංකාවට එන කොට ෆෝන් එකක් අරගෙන එන්න කියල හිතා ගෙන ඉන්නේ. UK වලින් ෆෝන් එක unlock කරලා ගෙනාවොත් ලංකාවේ අවුලුක් නැතිව වැඩ කරාවිද? Airport custom(sri lanka) එකෙන් එනකොට box එක නැතිව phone and accessories handbag එකේ ගෙන දාගෙන අවොත් shape එකේ අරගෙන එන්න පුලුවුන් වේද? What is the best way to bring the phone to sri lanka.

no problem, he can bring from his hand luggage.. with the all the accessories.. but be carefull with customs, they steal anything...
