It is quite different and can't compare at all,

if you are willing to take a risk and like build your career with some challenges, private sector is better for you, and it will only reward you only if you are a competitor, in private sector you will have to work hard , but you may earn much,


if you are willing take a job with no extra risks and with the maximum job security, gov. is the choice for you , rather saying that you wont learn new technologies and methods before your colleagues, your career will flow by the years and years ahead, with less amount of energy , but there are benefits too..

if your are team worker and willing take a risk go for it, this an opinion only , ask your friends and other bankers as well

yup, i have the same idea, even comparing logos, com looks cleaner n nicer than BOC junk.. hehe,,

but i feel pension + better salary + gvt. protectin makes boc a better option,
only prob. is promotn scheme, and political interferences. donno hw they happens inside the bank..

if thrs no problem with that, think choosing boc is better..
