You know, it's not at all realistic to expect people to drop everything else because there's a natural disaster in the country they live in. chances are that they will still carry out their original plans. Corporate and business agendas are not going to be stopped due to people being displaced by floods. The money for those projects and plans have already been spent.

In any case, it's human nature to be deeply affected only for personal things. It's obvious that people aren't going to feel obliged to give up all their so called fun just because others are in trouble. They might help. But they won't give it all up. It hasn't happened anywhere else in the world and it won't happen here.

The moral and ethical aspect is for the individuals to judge and not for anyone else.

    Yeah.. That's what I mean machan. If you are a good/ethical/empathic person you'd probably feel the need to help. But then again, there's no obligation for anybody to be a nice person. There's no law that says you have to help others or feel sorry for them or anything, and it's not fair to try to force people into doing so.. It all depends on what the person is like.
