Recently I ordered an Galaxy S3 from Ebay, and I wonder it did not arrive , now it's been nearly a month. Seller doesn't respond to my questions and I opened up a case and asked a refund. Have u guys faced such bad asses before, or have u ever been payed by Ebay buyer protection?

If you did not receive your product more than 40 days from the payment date (Under the agreement” Your claim MUST be filed within 45 days of payment” or after the seller did not reply, you have to do following actions,
• Open a case
• Inform to Ebay via online support(P.N better if you could provide E mail references which when appeared in your message box)

*You have to keep all references separately because it will help to rectify this matter very soon.

open a case before 45 days from paid date , if you already open a case thats fine keep in touch with opened case
