machanla mama ASUS NOTEBOOK HELP AKAK ONI! MODEL NO : k55A (brand new,brought from bestbuy,1 year warranty have)



windows 8 reset kara, passe power on wenne nehe ,blank/black screen.power on Light aka weda,, any idea?

battery remove anan ,manan kara!

Once you press the power button, doesn't it show you anything, like the ASUS Welcome screen or whatsoever?

If you have, try putting your recovery DVD and boot from it to re-install Windows 8.

not booting machn, just black screen (power light is working)

does not have recovery DVD ,But recovery partition is working ! unable to enter the recovery ,just black screen ! Is there any thing to do? (clear cmos etc? )

if you have the warranty (assume that u have) u can always claim the warranty.in this case its wise to not to tamper with the laptop. in case if you did, it may void the warranty

To clear CMOS you'll have to open the laptop up and find the reset switch in the motherboard. I don't recommend.

Try holding the power button down for 45 seconds, remove the battery and power cord then. And try again.
