Good video, thank you. But I'm not sure with the first part, at the reception you ask to stand instead of sitting down and to rock back and forth. It's a sign of insecure and lonely. Better to sit down and be confident.

I am agree with your point . But also what I think is when one person stand and swing (like the video shows), it gives a impression to the employer that your are a person who does not like to waste time. And also it shows that your are confident and superior, isn't it? Anwy most of these tips will not work if one go to an interview in a government institute in Sri Lanka.
