its way to create a massive gaming community for online gaming lovers in Sri Lanka.
As the 1st step elakiri.com proving number of gaming servers like CS, COD and MTA
and Now we are organizing Multi Theft Auto
Tournament for all our MTA lovers.
Core Structure
Teams with 5 or 6 member on each squad will meet each other on 4 different
MTA maps totaling over 300 matches per team. Team with the best winning ratio will win the
Tournament.
Registration
Every team must register before 2013.04.21 with following information
PM them to one of our organizers listed below.
1. Team name
2. Leader
3. Nicknames of each member
4. Elakiri IDs of each member
5. Team logo
Team Rules
1) Each team must have 5 members in their team and
1 reserve player*.
Total 6 players, only 5 of them will play the round.
2) Each team must have 1 elite member** in their squad and no more than 2 elite members.
(you can find elite list below)
3) All teams will meet each other on 4 different maps. (Listed below)
4) Each team must play 10 rounds in a single map with each and every opponent team.
total of 50 rounds on 5 maps per one opponent.
There will be 7 or more teams, so the total number of rounds will exceed 300 for each team.
*Every team is given an opportunity to include an extra player (reserve or 6th player).
Its strongly recommend to have a reserve player in every squad.
If a permanent team member failed to show up on given time or kicked out from the tournament for cheating,
lagging or left the game due to connection failure etc. the leader has the right to call their reserve player to the game.
**these members were selected by our organizers as elite players for their
consistent performance during game play.
Player Rules
1) No cheating during the tournament. If they get caught, will be permanently banned from the tournament
and the team has to play with remaining number of players after that.
2) Lagers not allowed. No matter what it causes, they will be kicked out of the game.
Other team members will have to play with their remaining number of players.
lagers will receive one chance to correct their problems and return to the game with the next team.
if they fail to correct their problems, they will be kicked out from the entire tournament.
Leaders can replace lagers with their reserve player if available.
*max ping limit = 500ms.
3) If a player left the game due to a internet connection error, electricity failure, or any other problem,
they must reconnect to the game as soon as possible.
Other players have to continue playing the game with the remaining number of players in their squad.
If the player fails to return quickly, the team leader has the right to call his reserve player to the game play from next round.
4) Players cannot change their team during the tournament period (this includes mutual exchanges)
5) Using cloak is prohibited in the tournament. any other default weapon can be used without restriction.
6) Playing time will be scheduled so that every member can participate to the game.
If someone failed to show up on their time slots, other players will have to play with remaining number of players at that time.
7) rooftops will not be allowed only in the "sth-shopping" map.
disallowed : the roof behind agent spawn area,
allowed: one level of floor near police spawn area and all walls,trees and windows.
players who violating this rule will immediately kick off from the game play.
They can join the game from matches against the next team and will miss all games against the current team.
There are no restrictions in other maps.
8) Team leader must get a screenshot of the score board after each and every round and must send it to the Organizers.
10 rounds will be conducted for a single map, so 10 screen shots should be sent in order.
please crop and send only the score part and optimize the image to reduce the file size.
9) one of our organizers and one of our server admins will closely monitor every game play.
10) Players must use only one nickname (which was sent to the organizers via team leaders) throughout the entire tournament.
11) Log in policy. Every player must login to the server using their MTA IDs. Organizers will
check and verify each and every player. Players will not be
allowed to enter the game without a proper logging in.
Registration and Login procedure.
to register, enter the game and press f8, in the console
type "register yourMTAusername YOURnewPassword" without quotes.
press enter. console will show you a message if you successfully registered.
to login press f8, in the console
type "login YOURusername YOURpassword" without quotes.
press enter. console will show you a message if you successfully logged in.
once you have registered to the server you dont need to register to the server again. you can login using same details.
12) There will be two awards for best Players in the tournament.
1. Silent Hunter - this award will be given to the player with Highest Kill/death ratio.
players who exceed total 100 kills in the tournament will only be eligible for in this award.
2. The Mighty Killer - this award will be given to the player with highest number of kills in the tournament.

consistent performance during game play.
