Oldman gave one hell of a performance in this movie. His Norman Stansfield character is regarded as one of the best movie villains of all time.

Jim Carry carried the torch for whole movie. Outstanding performance !
AFAIK he turned down a recording offer for a film (Mask 2 maybe ?) just because he felt like it is not much challenging and almost like the first one.

First of all, it is because of these guys "Hot Fuzz" I started to watch comedies to begin with. Their jokers are rich and really is funnier than many other comedies around. At least than the ones which released recently. But for this film as a comedy it was kinda let down. But as a film, it is entertaining.

Maybe the first half of Barfi!. Movie went downhill from there.
Such a good acting and superb music gone waste. What a shame.

even though i gave same ratings for both movies my personal opinion is "Barfi" better than "Notebook" .. if there any thing to be shame only thing is Barfi was inspired by notebook and has some 5 or 6 very similar incidents.! story line and concept is totally different .. can have different experiences from both movies..

this is "True Romance" "7.9/10 imdb" Directed by Tony Scott (brother of Ridley scott)

thing is i don't recommend the original version even though its 7.9/10
but there is a fan made cut
