if you really have to talk about it... ermm... you could elaborate an example like how you would change your mind if you lose one of your loved ones. the way you'll make your mind to move on and so on

Anyway if you don't have any idea of how to do it, you will also have to change the mind according to that situation and ditch the class or something. May be give a speech making a realtime example on your own situation
