My apologies, Mr Bones, I did not read your question properly

Where I live, I try to discuss and see whether my appointments can happen in open spaces, where there's CCTV recording eg the waiting area or a lunch room in the facility - I would rather make a compromise with my privacy, than being mis-diagnosed, inside a closed door, without any forensic evidence as proof

We still live in a world, where a medical professional especially someone into psychology, might determine their treatment from how a patient "appear", during the appointment

For eg if you were a bit late for the appointment cuz you were stuck in a traffic jam, you could imaginably "appear" a bit upset, during the appointment but that "appearance" you would agree should not be used against you to form a medical opinion

Perhaps you could try the same
