This film clearly depicts that Martial Art is not just fist fights but its more like a way of life. It is the spirit of the ancestors which lead to wielded their power with great discipline.

Love, kindness, tactics, honor, brotherhood, friendship,sensitivity... they all are segments of the big chain called Martial Art. And this film touches all the area with subtle approach. Even action lovers would witness the great battles and number of brand new strategies.

But if someone talks just about just the battles after watching this,It would be like talking just fist fights in the film Matrix. In short, this film has been wasted on you.
For me this is nothing shorter than cinematic masterpiece.

It is a John Woo film after all. A guy who is practically legend according to my book.
Those who love meaningful and rich Martial Art films , watch "Hero" as well.
Gotto watch Crouching Tiger. I was too young at its first watch.

I can say exactly the opposite. It is the last half, specially the mission details that got me bored. People dont usually wanna wait that much for and end they already know.

What do you mean irritated ?

Yes please do watch and let me know you thoughts (Watch both part I and II). I recommend you "Hero" as well. two of the films I hold dear.
