    4. A company is a legal person:

If there is a registered company (not either a sole trader or a partnership) it has a legal personality. i.e.: company is considered as a separate entity from its owners/ share holders, in-front of the law. e.g.: in a case of liquidation/ bankruptcy of the company owners liability is limited & no requirement to pay for any loss made by the company using personal wealth of owners.

    1. Invitation to treat -
Invitation to treat can be taken as a mere advertising on a product or service telling that some benefits are expected through a purchase.
But it is not a contract since the person who is hearing or seeing the thing has not paid any dedication from his side to make it a contract at the point of invitation.

    ~Logical Address~
All contracts are agreements but all the agreements are not contracts..agreement is only meeting of minds, but a contract is a legally enforceable agreement. Before starting a contract there must be an agreement with each other behalf on consideration, legality & capasity of the contract.....yes a Company is an artificial human after incorporation..if there is any complaint or sue about company's wrong doing should be done direct to company's name..(im not a law student, but i'v read about those facts.sory if there are any mistkes :) )

machan i want to clarify something.i'm working in IT sector since 7 months. So i signed an agreement for 1 year. Therefore i have another 5 months to end my agreement. But i want to know if i want to leave before that period, can company get any legal action towards me.In agreement they have mentioned,if i'm leaving before the period ends,i should pay to the company. But one of my friend who has more experience told me that they can't get any action because the agreement hasn't signed infront of a lawyer. Is it true machan?
