මචන්ලා මේ company 2 කෙන් හොදට ගෙවන සහ කරදරයක් (බොරින් එකක් නැතුව )
වැඩ ටික කරගන්න පුළුවන් company එක මොකද්ද
සහ අනාගතේට අජෝජනයක් වෙන්න ( ඉදිරියට ඉහලට යන්න ) හොද තැන

Virtusa is not a good place to work DirectFN is a good company.But workload is very high.Sometimes latenight shifts.Number of my friends left the company

Don't know about DirectFN/Mubasher. But in Virtusa, your career depends heavily on what technology/track you are joining to. And also depends on the project you are getting allocated.

virtusa is a gd place if you cn wrk hard to achieve ur targets... my sis is also a virtusan...... she even wrk late night because she likes s/w programming very much..... only 2 1/2 years in virtusa but getting 75000 sal... dnt knw abut the other comp.

ASM means Application Support and Maintenance. Basically a support engineer position. Do not expect to do actual programming/coding if you join as a support engineer. your track would be technology services in that case. Once you join this track it's hard to change afterwards and become a developer within Virtusa.

If you are fine with this then it's ok. some projects pay support engineers more than normal developers. If you work as shift basis, you might get a shift allowance in addition to your normal salary. But not sure about career progress or new things to learn in this area.

i'm ok with Application Support and Maintenance but what about future job market for this position
if i enter this area ,what about future demand for ASM (SL and world)
I mean promotion , salary
