I had great expectations for this. But cheesy dialogues, poor script witting and bad cgi ruined an otherwise good movie.

They should really stop making movies like these. The moment you see any person, group, race attack the white house, you know that they are going to fail and the lead character(s) is going to kick their asses and take names.
Only the original Red Dawn movie had something worth while to see for this type of movie.

5.0 means average. Now lot of movies come here and it's hard to someone to actually get an idea about it. 6.0 is kind of like a Battlefield Los Angeles' ish stuff. Not average, but average in the same category/genere(whatever). Now Olympus has fallen. What camp does it belong? Average? Nope may be the cgi. What about the lines? I'd give below average rating. Flow - predictable as hell. The concept is kind of exciting, so considering all those above plus my instincts... viola! You get the magic number 5.9. Now that's a rating my dear friend
