As I Said earlier

ok then wise man picks 2 jugs and claimed that those 2 have black balls & showed those to the public & king. since all 3 has black balls wise man won.

As I said Earlier wise man can pick only one jug..
if he pick two he ll be violating the rules .....

Wise man will say in public, "There is no any white ball in the jugs"

Then King Can't prove that there is a white ball in and "Wiseman" will become the knight....

You cannot tell king is wrong...
After all if wise man go against king one way or another he will be sentenced to death...
only way to get out is pick one jug and prove its white ball ...

Well here goes the answer for the last Question then ...

The wise man puts his hand into one jug and take the ball out and swallow it in a flash. He does it in a way where nobody sees the colour of the ball he picked but everybody sees he has swallowed it.

Swallowing a ball is possible since I mentioned in the question that the balls are small.

Then the Wise man tells the king that he swallowed the white ball. And if king is not sure he may check the balls in the other two jugs which should be black...
King will not have a choice but to accept that the wise man passed the test since this happened in front of public and wise man will be knighted as promised.
Wise man huh ....

Dude... believe it or not I asked the problem from one of my friends a few minutes ago and he gave this exact answer.. I came to post it here and here you have posted it... He's not in EK though.. I gave him credit..
