1. Go to Page that you have to pay
2. Enter your Card no & CVV ( Number that in back of your card)
3. Then page will requre a OTP (One time Password)
4. You will Recive a message from Combank With OTP if you registerd a phone no with com bank
5.enter OTP and your Acc will debit

If you didn't Recive a OTP Call 0112 353 353 (24/7 Call Center) If not nearest Com bank Branch.

OTP* magula thamath illanawane bun , Go to British Council Sri Lanka webpage ,and go to take a test=>IELTS registration=> by filling the Application Form they asking to send the exam fees whether Online or via bank wire transfer ; by selecting the Online option you after giving card details they forward to a page online Combank webpage which requests OTP*. I never had such an issue. Anyone either had that issue please help.
