Well when their service sucks like that, obviously they will get a bad name. I am really thankful i saw this Thread I was thinking about ordering the next iPad from them But now I won't. What about USlanka.com? I went to their site but no contact number or an address.

Orders received from customers are placed within the hour, usually within the minute. We pay full purchase price and quite a few customers pay deposit only so we have to pay the difference on their behalf.

nope.. said they received 2 shipments & 1 was cleared & the second one will be cleared on Wednesday..I said to them, If I dont get my item by Thursday I will be coming to collect my Refund.. Will keep u updated

Both of us apologised to you on this issue. I believe a refund was issued. I'm personally quite sad about this as I was really hoping we could get your laptop through. I still don't quite know what went wrong.

Next Week එකේලු ලංකාවට එන්නේ.. අපි ගොන්නු කියල හිතන් මුන් කතා කරනවද දන්නේ නෑ.. බොරු කීමේත් සීමාවක් තියනවා. Item එකක් order කරාම මාසයක් ගියමද මුන් Shipment එකට දාන්නේ..???
