Kapruka Global Shop is a Scam ?

I paid advance to get item from US early this month. Still didn't receive it. They hardly reply for FB messages or emails. When i call their hotline they say "Item will come soon. You will be notified via SMS bla bla. And delay was due to customs scanning item ".

Value of my Item is about Rs. 98k and take Rs. 18000 more to reship here (7% for them others for tax and shipping).

We have been experiencing customs issues but they are being sorted out. We are working on clearing all the products ASAP. In the future this problem should be not there as the issue has been fixed.
