which is the best car under 2 million toyota starlet or 110?
i have few questions regarding this,
* which car has good fuel consumption?
* diesel or petrol (what is the best solution as a daily car)
* which model is the best?
* which car has good second hand market?

if any one has one of these please share your ideas. cuz i am willing to buy one of them.

As my knowledge 110 is better than starlet.
but startlet is in front from fuel consumption.
i also use a 110 diesel. 11 kmpl does.
reasonable price of parts and parts are available every where.

Normally both cars has same level of fuel consumption

there Is two sides, if for Diesel bit noisy, higher full service cost, high spare part cost, but good in fuels and less fuel price. If for Petrol. Lesser full service cost, less spare parts cost and higher fuel price & less noise.

* which model is the best?
for 110 its a sedan car, which you have enough space and big trunk/dicky. good for a family guy. For starlet its a hatch back car, less space and more sporty look. good for a single guy who like to have fun.
both cars are okay. its your choice.

* which car has good second hand market?
Both cars have second hand value, but 110 is bit a head with comparing to the space, size and fuel.

Aniwa im also using Corolla CE110 Diesel. good in fuel, spares, but machan service cost is bit high. as you say very easy to find spare parts.

thanx for the information guys, i know both of them are best, but according to the price range diesel starlet has a higher price than 110, i don't know why is that and may be because of the fuel consumption.

i have one more question;
does diesel or petrol starlet's do better fuel consumption? if so please tell me how much each do for liter(L)?

need to know the answers for same question regarding toyota 110?

first thing is u cannot compare 110 and starlet. better to go for a 110 crystal light (1.5). fuel consumption almost same

Great cars but for me both cars are way outdated and overpriced heavily...market has gone down you don't need to buy a 16 year old car for nearly 2m...and lot of them are now hacked over 3k miles and reversed...add few more lacks and go for a mazda 3 ,121 or honda city/fit,vios looks good...below 2m i would say go for a new mazda or a honda...

Cannot compare a Sedan n a Hatchback
by looks, Starlet is more suitable for ladies (Not GT) E110is more suitable for MEN... So i would go for E110

fuel consumption and maintenance vise there is no big difference...
E110 gives you more space where as starlet gives you more parking space

nop. easily u can buy G number 110 (1500cc)crystal light bellow 19 in those days, (never go for 1300cc model )
when u buy a "car" better to go for a petrol one.
