1 month & 7days.. i hv no idea bn kapruka gave me the DHL tracking no & they show me that the item is return to shipper WTF is this hapnng

LOL! History repeats. I also got DHL waybill no. It also rejected and sent back

machang..forget about your item..u r not getting it ..just call them & ask for the re-fund

contact "Absal"..he is the manager & he will help u out as its their mistake..if u paid it online.they will refund your payment to your card (will take 3-4 days for the cash to come to your account) else go to their shop & talk with that guy on getting your cash back.. Gud Luk

After waiting two and half months they said my item was lost. Their replay was "If your item is not in the shipment what do i do ?". Does a responsible person say such ? If the really care about customers, they could order another item and ship separately in express method.

What if your item was damaged while shipping ? They will say "If your item was damaged. what can i do ?"

heres my suggestion for getting goods from the internet from now on

1. Never use Kapruka again..ever..they seems to be ametures at this game & even getting your item without it getting lost is best a hit & miss with these noobs ... No responsibility..pathetic service..a disgrace..u will be just wasting your time & money with these ametures..Either do it right or get the fuck off kapruka

2. for an item that costs less than $100 use EBay or Hong Kong, Singapore, India based websites

3. A good site is linkcomputer.com for PC stuff..Scurvy should be credited for introducing me to this site..and they insure all items so no case if the item gets lost...since its from Hong Kong..the shipping is cheap compared to other US based services..and they are professionals

4. For any item thats over $150 .. use comgateway.. they offer the exact same service as kapruka but they are the real deal..
shipping..they charge 30$ per 0.5kg..so thats why u need to use this only if u order items that are expensive, else u will be paying more for shipping than the item's worth..but they r the best

why ? any small item..example: watches, pendrives, HDDs, CPUs, External HDDs, cloths, perfumes, mice, ect. will be delivered to you by the postman..no TAX

any large item u will have to go to customs & clear..its a no biggie..and u wont get charged extra like kapruka as u have the chance of talking to the officer & reducing the amount even if u r lucky...also they charge a % for the type of item u get..u can calculate the tax urself here

yep, true. but I prefer something that do all that stuff for me and delever the good, as I dont have time to spend for custom clearance and TRC stuff, with my job

I guess DHL and Fedex do customs clearance on behalf of us. But we need to submit necessary documents. eg- TRC approval.
