Curtin is ok, I thin IIT is 4years with industrial training , If you do curtin you will have good job opportunities with the name of SLIIT and Curtin both and you can also complete the SLIIT 4th year also if you want, but curtin is for hard workers , no need of born talent , just work hard

    IIT is better

in the industry iit grads which are from weatminster is well recognised and industrial placement is a good exposure and its securing the job titles.

Software industry in srilanka recognises iit graduates than sliit graduates because of the capabilities and recognition.

for example: national best quality software award rankings.
    Microsoft imagine cup

these are not ever won by SLIIIt graduates.
so its better to go to IIT

This is the answer for u.

    http://www.iit.ac.lk/awards/701-tea...e-award-at-imagine-cup-2013-world-finals.html

Lol sliit emerged runners up in amma project in 2009 which was a system to do maternity using thrown computer hardware.

iit has won 4 gold medals...in NBQSA

its not about the university its about the student any university has their best pupils and the worst..
