Sri Lanka Telecom PLC called me ...... its a hell! In February they said it will be fixed in May. Things got worse on October. We called on the start of November and they said it will take two weeks to fix. Ok we can wait.... Now its about 4 weeks... We complained again... Today one person called and said they will fix the issue in a week... Ok I can wait... Then after about an hour another guy called and said it will be fixed in the end of December! I said "You keep your damn connection" (In suddha sinhala "Thopilage bambu connection eka thopila thiyaaganin") and slammed the phone hard!
I think someone in the bottom is cheating here! I just called the call center, got the number of the person in-charge in this area... The secretary spoke... So I told them my problem and they might call back! This a damn hell!
