Here's what i found around six months back when i was just scrolling around internet in search of android tricks. And this trick is not so popular among us. Searched forums and was surprised that no one had posted this before.
Most of the android games or apps you play contains or suggest you to pay to continue playing or pay for gold, coins, etc, etc which literally kills the fun and makes you bored of game not being able to continue playing for free. And most of the apps you use are ad supported and you are asked to pay some amount in order to disable ads. NOT ANYMORE!!!
Freedom is a tiny app which acts in between google play and your applications. It generates fake Google play gift cards so whenever you use freedom. you can simply do your in app purchases for free using fake gift cards. Does not work on all apps. Will never work with online games (Server Sided) and with apps that has additional purchase verification inbound.

Then press the menu button on your device and select start from the list
Grant root access when requested.
Then press menu button again and go to settings and make sure you have configured freedom the following way.
Note:- Enabling freecore requires a reboot
Open freedom , press menu button and select start if freedom service is not started by default.
Then open your notification bar and click on freedom notification.
Each time when you click on the freedom notification it checks if there's any new update for freedom is available. Its recommended that you have the latest version of freedom in order for it to work with the latest version of google play.
So if you're done installing and configuring freedom, lets go on and have some fun!!!

Make sure freedom service is up and running. (If you can see the freedom under notification bar then the service is running. )
Open game and navigate to its in-app store
Go on and and click "buy" on one of the listings.
And then you will be taken to google play purchase window which will look like this.
As you can see the method of purchase has automatically been selected to a fake gift card from Freedom.
Click on buy and if succeeded you will get this window.
Now back to game. And let's see how things went.

I have been using Freedom for a long time and I can confirm that it works properly (some high quality games have already patched Freedom though).
Works on Gingerbread and upwards, I've tested with KitKat as well. So download and enjoy. Good post by the way!
*Make sure you stop the freedom service before uninstalling freedom.
Failing to do so would result in a broken google play store which will show an error whenever you try to open it.
If you have already got a broken google play please try doing the following:-
You can re-install freedom and use google play. It will work like it used to.
1. Re-install freedom > start freedom service> then stop> then uninstall freedom and try reopening google play.
2. go to settings> apps > "All" tab> Google Play Store > Clear cache and data. Do the same for Google Play services.
3. wipe cache, dalvik cache and fix permissions through recovery.
