At WSO2 you have to work along nobody going to give any advice how to work or anything... Its a bit different from other companies 
and another thing there is no leave limit if you want to take a leave you have sent a mail to all the employees in the company.. This might be a problem when you take lots of leaves

Adding few things you might like to know abt Pearson
These are few things I heard during my stay.
Pearson has nearly 400 heads in sl and 50K worldwide. its the world largest digital media & education company and is in the list of FTSE top 100 companies.
Techs: Windows/Java/C++/Android/iOS/Perl/PHP/Python.. (Globally everything)
An agile and devops oriented product company.
It follows globally recognized best practices as it does not need to see production issues when it comes to $ billions in revenues.
engineering team is structured as an upside down pyramid model. (Higher number of seniors/specialists and small number of juniors.)
It has number of globally recognized ppl currently in SL IT industry
It governs the digital education & Media publications 60% + in the world
SL engineering wing supports the Pearson biz throughout all its global layers.
Pearson Data-centers in US managed by SL engineers is the world’s 3rd largest of its kind.
all the companies have their own qualities according to (tech, benefits, work-life balance) so the best company is hard to be ranked. Everything has pros & cons. but its kind of solely decision to choose what is best. its like choosing your next adventure but you won't be satisfied so you will seek another again.

Open Source (ex: Java/PHP....etc) projects unix wala devlop karana eka easy. eth machan develop karana environment eka matha customer(production) environment eka thadin bedila ne. a kiyanne linux wala devlop karana java or php web ekak host karanne windows or unix wenna puluwan eth access karanne web browsers walin. so developments wenne browser compitible widihata. eth hadana software eka desktop(stand alone) app ekak nam kathawa wenas.
