EPF/ETF HELP...

i need a big help.
please help me. problem is,

i am working in a small firm. my boss owning three organizations. my epf contributed through a another company where i am not employing and which is blongs to my boss.

about 2 years contributed w/o any problem and now the boss trying to stop and start from his 3rd organization.

please advice me.

If the entities r subsidiaries n holding companies they rnt any issues as per my knowledge .bt if entities diesnot hv legal ownership with others u cant do tht

actually i am holding an executive position in accounting field.
this is not a big scale org. not giving app. letter. most things verbally.
when i join boss said he will contribute epf. but didnt tell that he contribute epf from his registered company.
i know he compromised me earlier.

So u shud know abt holding Or sub situation ne mach.do all these companies hv separate acc division mkting divisions sales ppl.hr ppl n so ? Hv u seen balance sheet? Z this ur first job ? Dd u fill d epf form ? Do u really know though he deducted Has he really paid it wth his contribution ? Last question why rnt u moving currnt company ? Coz u said u hv been thr fr 2 yrs n nt a big company also . At young age if u hv left wth nothing to learn frm d company move my frd. Exp will count lot in coming yrs its nt resiging find a job n move
