let's try to fix the thing. Those are very simple mechanisms. You don't have to contact hero dealer, any good motorcycle mechanic could fix it easily. If you can take the bike to a mechanic and tell all the trouble. do a tune up also.
As far as I understand your bike needs attention from a proper mechanic. So first try to find a mechanic near you place. Don't worry those are really simple bikes.
