How to clean IAC valve?

My Car is TOYOTA Corolla AE110 (XE Saloon / 1998 / Auto / Petrol)
Recently my car has started to vibrate when in idle.
All engine mounts are OK,
ATF oil, Engine oil and air filter ok.

recently scanned by Mr. Dhammika Fernando (Cotta Road), He said all are ok.
but sometimes my car is vibrating when in idle.
I think the problem is on fuel filter (I didn't check it recently) or IAC valve or throtle body.
Dear friends, Is fuel filter cause for this issue?
I am planning to clean the throttle body and IAC valve.
I need your valuable advises to do this job by my self.

What is the proper way to clean this?
What are Chemicals used for it? (Please mention the brand and price)
I heard professional peoples are using a silicon grease or something to sealed up the gaskets and joints, What is that compound?
Where can I buy it?
What are the safe actions in this process?

mchn you need to do an efi clean up...did you do the throttle body,maf sensor,injector clean up?you need to change the fuel filter if isn't changed for a long time...you can't do these things yourself...you'll end up ruining injectors and things if you are not familiar....

Fuel filter can cause random hikups and vibrations but not always constant...dirty maf sensor can cause it...did you clean the throttle body and maf sensor?gasket sealants are normaly high temp rtv silicon sealant

yes it's easy....lankawe special MAF cleaner ne mchn....any electronic cleaner without oil in it would be good...service station ekakata gihin maf sensor clean karanna dena electronic spray can ekak denna kiyanna...

I need your help to identify the parts which RED circled and GREEN circled. I think RED circled one is not a MAF or MAP sensor. Then what is it? Should I clean it?
How to do it? I hope I can do this job carefully. I need your advices.

රතු පාටින් රවුම් කරලා තියන එකෙන් තමයි වාහනේ Idle තියන් ඉන්නේ සහ AC දැම්මාම එන්ජිම Idling Advance කරන්නේ. එතන තියෙන්නේ මෝටර් එකක් වගේ කොටසක්. එකෙන් කරන්නේ throttle body එකේ දොර angle කරන එක විතරයි. කොළපාටින් රවුම් කරලා තියන කොටස බොහෝ දුරට canister එකෙන් එන vapor line එක on /off කරන valve එක වෙන්න ඕන. එකෙන් කරන්නේ පෙට්රෝල් ටැංකියේ තියන වාෂ්ප එන්ජිමට දෙන එකයි.
ලංකාවේ තියන throttle body එක clean කරන්න spray ගැනනම් දන්නේ නැහැ. එත් පළපුරුදු කෙනෙකුටනම් පුළුවන් throttle body එක ගලෝල petrol වලින් clean කරන්න. MAF එක clean කරනවානම් හරියටම හරියන spray එක ගන්න. වෙන ඒවා use කරන්න එපා.

වාහනේ දෙදරන එකට හේතුව Idling පැත්ත වෙන්න බැහැ .එත් MAF එක Clean කරාම සමහරවිට හරියන්න පුළුවනි. Spark Plug එකක් ගලවල බලන්න කළු වෙනවද කියල. දන්නා කියන කෙනෙක් ළඟ compression tester එකක් තියනවනම් compression check කරලා බලන්න.
Toyota 110 එකේ charcoal canister එකක් එනවද නැද්ද මම දන්නේ නැහැ. තියනවනම් ඒක බ්ලොක් උනාමත් ඔහොම වෙන්න පුළුවන්. බොහෝදුරට කොළපාටින් රවුන් කරලා තියන valve එකට එන බැටේ එන්නේ charcoal canister එකේ ඉඳන් තමයි.

MAF එක තියෙන්නේ මචන් Air Cleaner එකේ ඉඳන් Throttle Body එකට එන Air හොසේ එකේ.
