    Next Tip Ponnayo....

    ALways do the big compound exercises such as Squat, Deadlift and Bench Press.
    The Squat and the Deadlift are vital for putting on Mass throughout ur entire body, because they stimulate increased production of testosterone and growth hormone in ur body.

    So always do them, if you want to put on REAL mass.

    Your shedule should be made so that Push and Pull exercises should come one after the other.

    Chest and Shoulder exercise are mostly push using the triceps for pushing. Back and Biceps exericses and mostly pulling using the biceps.
    After doing Chest on one day one should avoid doing another push routine such as Shoulders the next gym day. One should do a Pull exercises such as back exercises or biceps.

    New tip pons- listen up.

    If your arm is not getting making gains despite all the bicep exercises your doing listen up.

    Your arm is 2/3 TRIcep and only 1/3 bicep.
    SO make sure your working your triceps right.

    Best Tri exercises are...

    1) Close grip bench presses
    2) Weighted dips
    3) Skullcrushers
    4) Rope pull downs
    5) Seated dumbell extensions

    If your tris are lagging compared to biceps make sure to work them first instead of at the end of the chest or shoulder workout.

    If you want major upper body size- chest, triceps, you will need to weighted dips.
    Hold a dumbell between ur legs and get on some parralel bars and do as many dips as you can.

    Increase the dumbell each set.
