    I had same problem...
    But I fixed it some extend... I still try to come to the correct track...


    • First thing try to control your self(your mind) -Most difficult thing to me.. Do meditation ( Mithree Bawanawa (80%) & ana pana sthi(20%))


    • Make a day plan ( every night for next day)

    Note:- you should keep your room & study table clean and in order - take time to do it..
    then your environment come friendly to you..


    • Try to stick with the day plan.. identify and try to avoid harmful actions to your day plan.. ( log in to FB or EK too much ...)

    1st day, actually it is really difficult to stick with day plan..
    but day by day u can see some kind of progress..

    Now I can study more than 6 hours continuously (when I'm in Library )...
    I have to improve to study continuously when I'm in home. Coz it still difficult to me (control my mind) study in home.. When i'm in home I feel soo sleepy or log into Manao Loke and etc..
    In these days I try to fix it...
    I know one thing "I will fix it How ever"..:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

    I have same symptoms that you have.. :nerd::nerd:

    Ubata hitha aka thanaka thiyagnna bari nam baawanaa krpn mchn..hitha aka aka dewal wlta yomu wenakota padam krnna hitenne naha bn.ubta gedaradi wada krnna bari 4n,computer,internet nisa wenna plwn..gf ta msg krna aka tikak adu krla blpn wenasak thynwda qyla.marenna hitannawat epa bn.ubata igana ganna ba qyla hitana aka nawattapn..ude nagitina time akata 4n ake reminder akak daapan uba aniwa ube target akata ynwa qyla..
