දැන් Firefox එකේ Max speed එක 50kB වෙයි. ඕනේ Process එකකට මේක දෙන්න පුලුවන්
ඕනේ Speed limit එකක් දාන්න පුලුවන් (upload/download)

and give it a desired value and check the kB from the drop down box and
tick on the ENABLED checkbox and click on the OK button to apply the changes. that's all you can limit the speed of any process and you can control both upload and download speeds.
